I’m excited to share a new offering within my practice that I’ve been thoughtfully developing: a series of small, in-person group therapy programs designed to provide a unique and supportive therapeutic experience. These sessions integrate psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and stress reduction, allowing for both meaningful discussion and deeper work focused on calming the nervous system and activating the parasympathetic response.
These small group programs are designed for children, teens, and parents, with a focus on building emotional resilience, confidence, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges within a supportive and structured environment.
The next 8-week group programs begin this spring. Registration opens April 7th, and spaces are intentionally limited to maintain a supportive group experience.
Reaching out for support takes courage. I am passionate about guiding individuals through meaningful change and helping them reconnect with their innate capacity for healing and growth.
My work integrates counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy to support both the conscious and subconscious mind. This approach allows for deeper emotional processing, insight, and lasting transformation by addressing patterns at their root.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, or a period of transition, I provide a grounded and supportive space to explore your experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Are you ready to begin experiencing your life in a new way?

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: Meera utilizes counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy and hypnosis, DBT, and EFT Tapping to create the most effective treatment plan possible. She is passionate about the healing benefits therapy provides.
