I offer both individual and couples therapy and specialize in supporting clients with challenges related to their relationships, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Together, we’ll work towards discovering new insights, exploring patterns that may be holding you back, facing difficult emotions, and creating meaningful change in your life and relationships. My approach emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and building a strong connection as we work together to achieve your goals. I understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if it’s your first time, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help ease the process. I invite you to reach out to explore how I may be able to help. I look forward to connecting with you!

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: I use an integrative approach to therapy, pulling on a variety of techniques and theories to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
