Treatment Approach

  • Biofeedback / Neurofeedback Teaches people to control body or brain activity using real-time monitoring. It’s often used for stress, anxiety, ADHD, and migraines.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
  • Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.

Using a blend of Gestalt therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and psychosomatic principles, I guide individuals in observing what’s present, uncovering what’s beneath, and learning how to respond with clarity and choice. This integrative approach allows for both practical tools and reflective depth, helping to illuminate core beliefs, emotional patterns, and the body’s role in storing experience. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I support the unfolding of inner understanding. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are connected—and how awareness itself becomes the foundation for change. This work is dynamic, responsive, and rooted in the belief that transformation begins when we learn to meet ourselves fully.
