If your body is still feeling uncomfortable, agitated, or activated despite years of therapy and self-work, you're in the right place.
If you've already made the connection that some of your physical symptoms are probably stress related, you're well along your way. Once you've identified that, then there are ways that you can learn to work with your nervous system to start moving in a better direction.
I collaborate with intelligent, caring and curious humans to help them learn how to settle their nervous systems and resolve stress-related issues they may be contending with, ranging from digestive issues to anxiety attacks, nervous tics to emotional flares.
I currently have openings on Wednesdays and Thursdays: Let's schedule a free 15-minute consult to see if we're a good fit. Just go to this address: https://oncehub.com/thoughtfulintro

Treatment Approach
- Biofeedback / Neurofeedback Teaches people to control body or brain activity using real-time monitoring. It’s often used for stress, anxiety, ADHD, and migraines.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychodrama A group therapy that uses role-play and dramatization to process emotions. It helps clients gain perspective and release tension.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: NOTE: I currently have openings on Wednesdays and Thursdays: Let's schedule a free 15-minute consult to see if we're a good fit. Just go to this address: https://oncehub.com/thoughtfulintro
Somatic Experiencing is a process of building your nervous system's capacity to handle uncomfortable experiences and to enjoy comfortable ones.
We'll use a combination of dialogue, mindfulness, and various body-focused approaches to help you better understand your nervous system and how you can support it towards greater functioning and comfort.

I'm passionate about using real-time, step-by-step embodied work to help clients with anxiety; boundaries; trauma recovery; deepening connection and relationships; accessing joy; turning anger and rage into strength and focus; achieving goals; reducing psychosomatic symptoms; and being all around happier and healthier humans.
I enjoy working methodically with people: You bring in your goals for change, and we work systematically each session towards those goals, keeping track of your progress along the way. There may be roadblocks and detours, but we can navigate them and continue making progress on your primary intentions.
