Being a wife and mother, I understand the struggles and dynamics of a family unit and the challenges that individuals and couples encounter. Based on your specific need, I utilize a client-centered approach from a holistic, cultural, trauma-informed, and inclusive framework while integrating techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Being aware that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, we will work collaboratively to implement a treatment plan that is unique to you, in a safe and non-judgmental space, to understand your values, culture, beliefs, and reality, while encouraging you to be the best version of yourself.
