My clients are often in their 20s–40s who feel stuck in people-pleasing, perfectionism, or unhealthy relationship patterns. They may overextend themselves at work, with family, or in relationships, leaving little space for their own needs. Many also navigate ADHD, feeling overwhelmed or scattered, and want support reconnecting with themselves and creating balance.
In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can show up as you are without having to perform or please. We'll move at your pace, gently exploring the patterns that have shaped your relationships — including people-pleasing, boundary challenges, and attachment wounds.
I integrate a variety of approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to support you in building self-trust, emotional balance, and relationships that feel more honest. Whenever you're ready, I'd love to hear what's bringing you in.
"With self-compassion, we give ourselves the same kindness and care we'd give to a friend." — Kristin Neff

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work. Our first sessions focus on understanding what's bringing you in and what's getting in the way. From there, we move at a pace that fits you — slowing down to understand the patterns underneath, and building practical tools and self-awareness that hold up in real life.
