- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Couples Therapist practicing from a culturally attuned and trauma-informed approach. I support individuals and couples as they explore patterns of protection, avoidance, resentment or self-judgment that keep them stuck. My practice is informed by an understanding that cultural, familial, and intergenerational narratives profoundly shape how we learn to love, protect ourselves, and relate to others.
My therapeutic approach integrates embodied practices that support nervous system awareness, emotion regulation and supports individuals to build their capacity to stay present and even honour challenging feelings. I blend mindfulness and the science of nervous system regulation with an effective therapeutic modality called Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS helps clients recognize and develop compassion for the protective parts of themselves that often formed in response to early life experiences, cultural expectoration, family dynamics or relational wounding and now, may limit intimacy, confidence, or emotional openness. Together, we map patterns of protection and connection, and explore the tension many people experience between seeking safety in solitude and longing for closeness.
In my relational work with couples, I draw on an approach called Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO). IFIO an IFS-informed model that helps partners understand each other’s inner worlds, learn to repair ruptures, and build emotional intimacy through clarity, accountability, and compassion. I also integrate attachment-based and communication-focused interventions to help support healthier relational patterns and deeper connection.
Across all my work, I aim to create a grounded, collaborative space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. My aim is that through our work, clients reconnect with their innate capacity to grow and cultivate relationships rooted in mutual care, authenticity, and emotional safety.
