Your video sessions deserve the same level of privacy and importance as an in-person session and most people get the most out of sessions when they give them full attention. I prefer in-person sessions since they offer the highest level of confidentiality and conveyance of non-verbal communication, but the convenience of video sessions can make them very worthwhile. Whether you want a combination of in-person and Telehealth, in-person only, or only Telehealth, I may be able to accommodate you.
