Lisa Cleary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or disconnected from themselves and the people they care about. You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, while inside you feel anxious, exhausted, or unsure of what you actually need.
I help adults work through anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress in a way that goes deeper than just coping skills. Together, we’ll slow things down, understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and build a stronger sense of clarity and self-trust. I often integrate approaches like CBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and parts work (IFS) to help you not just manage symptoms, but truly heal.
Clients often tell me they feel more confident in setting healthy boundaries, have a stronger sense of self-worth, and are better able to navigate difficult emotions without shutting down or becoming overwhelmed.
If you're ready for therapy that feels both supportive and meaningful, I’d be honored to work with you.

Kelly Baez
Licensed Professional Counselor, PhD, LPC
I offer online EMDR Intensives for adults who want focused support around trauma, distressing experiences, recurring triggers, and patterns that continue to affect daily life.
My Signature Intensive is a structured package that includes a 90-minute assessment and preparation session, a 4-hour intensive session on Tuesday, a 3-hour intensive session on Thursday, and a follow-up integration session. This format allows us to dedicate sustained, focused time to the work rather than spreading it across traditional weekly therapy sessions.
Intensives may be helpful for adults working through childhood trauma, attachment wounds, traumatic grief, high-stress or overwhelming experiences, moral injury, or a specific event that still feels unresolved. My approach is supportive, practical, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on helping you feel prepared, grounded, and clear about the work we are doing together.
All sessions are provided by secure video.
Online EMDR Intensives are not appropriate for every situation. If you are experiencing an immediate mental health crisis or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, please seek emergency or in-person support rather than scheduling an intensive.

Hi, I’m Janika Perry, LPC, CPCS, and I believe therapy should be a safe place to be your authentic self—without judgment and without having to have everything figured out.

Sarah Gersick
Psychologist, Ph.D.
When new stressors arise, they can activate old patterns that make it hard to cope in a healthy way. It helps to have a place to talk through what is happening in your life today while also working to understand how the past is informing the present. I am an experienced psychodynamic psychologist who can help you do both, so you can reduce distress you are feeling now, and make deep changes that lead to better coping in the future.
