Owelleth Mental Health
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT, MedFT
I have been doing Telehealth since 2020. I love being able to see clients where they feel most comfortable and to increase access to these services. I am able to provide therapy, diagnosis, assessment, and treatment via an online platform. This traditionally utilizes video and audio components, though some clients prefer to not utilize the video portion. The platform is HIPAA compliant. I have done both in-person and online therapy, not modalities have been shown to be equally effective. I will do anything possible to make the experience as comfortable and smooth as possible.

Psychologist, PhD
Like many of you, the pandemic profoundly impacted the way I live and work. I moved my practice completely online in the face of COVID restrictions and have not returned to in person work. I was impressed with the way that online therapy offered clients many more options for their work with me and I found clients able to keep up with their sessions consistently and reliably with more connection options open to them. Via safe and secure telehealth sessions, I offer parent consultation for kiddos under 10, online therapy with older kids, teens and families and individual therapy for adults, specializing in trauma and trauma focused therapies.

Psychologist, PsyD
Sculpting meaning from our lives can be challenging especially during difficult times. I am a licensed clinical Psychologist who provides evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and am a Linehan Board Certified clinician with an expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have an expertise treating a wide range of mental disorders with a specific focus on problems of emotional dysregulation including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders.
I strive to understand individuals within the larger context of their lives rather than focusing on simplistic diagnoses or labels. This stance allows me to practice psychotherapy in a genuine, relational, and compassionate way while at the same time while remaining firmly rooted in theory and providing treatments that have been shown to work.
My style is direct, thoughtful, and often irreverent. I value a strong therapeutic relationship and aim to be honest and open in treatment to encourage direct communication and help co-create a therapeutic space that feels validating, safe, and helpful.

*Waitlist for psychological evaluations is roughly 1-2 months. Waitlist for new therapy clients is at least 3-4 months.
My practice specializes in online psychological evaluations for pre-teens (11-12), teens (13-17), and adults (18+) for autism and ADHD. I also provide teletherapy to work with adult neurodivergent clients as they adjust to a new diagnosis, unmask, manage accommodations, reframe the way they have been comparing themselves to neurotypical people, etc. As an autistic psychologist, I personally have worked through many of these challenges. I offer psychological evaluations, individual therapy, family and couples therapy online, and as a PSYPACT authorization holder I am currently able to practice telehealth in 44 states.

Feeling stuck often means familiar strategies are no longer doing their job. I work with clients to examine those patterns directly, address unresolved trauma when it’s relevant, and develop changes that translate into day-to-day functioning. My work is grounded in person-centered therapy and EMDR, with an emphasis on practical, observable change rather than insight alone.

Merritt Leonhardt
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LSCSW, CDWF, MCLC
At the start of the Pandemic, I was skeptical that online/virtual therapy would be of the same quality and connection as in person/in office counseling. I was pleasantly surprised that the work did translate and now I am grateful that I can offer high quality services to a wider group of couples and individuals. Even though I do see a handful of clients in man office, majority of my clients have preferred to meet virtually and appreciate the connivence and comfort of having sessions from the location of their own choosing. The quality of your life is crafted from your decisions. Whether those decisions are intentional or passive, we create and re-create our lives every day. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to your best life. Your breakthrough is waiting.
