Karen Queller

Art Therapist, M.A Expressive Arts Therapy
Many people wonder how Expressive Arts Therapy works online. Through my experience I can say that it truly does. Being in your own home allows you to find resources in your natural environment that are available to you, making the therapeutic process feel more integrated into your daily life..... which is where all the magic happens anyways ;)

Integrative

Barbra Rogoff

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
I offer online therapy throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. I believe that psychotherapy should be accessible to all, and given the hectic life most of us lead, online therapy allows everyone to be able to access psychotherapy no matter where they are. I also believe that, with a little help, anyone can move past obstacles, achieve their goals, and experience a more fulfilling life. While we can’t prevent difficulties from arising, we can work together to better understand and overcome them. My goal is to help you discover your true self and the life you desire. I'm ready when you are.

Rising Phoenix Therapy - Dempsey Young, Psy.D.

Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist
I believe that one of the bravest things you can do is to begin to understand your own story. From this understanding and processing of your unique story, you can let go of traumas that control you, anxiety and depression road blocks, bad relationships, and overall the emotional pain that may prevent you from living a happy and fulfilling life that gets you excited to wake up to everyday. I want you to be free of that pain so that you can find meaning, excitement, and purpose in work, friendships, relationships, family, and really ALL areas of your life. You DESERVE this and I'm here to help you on this healing journey you deserve! So what is it like working with me? Therapy should not be a one-sided conversation and I'm definitely not a smile-and-nod therapist. I want to work collaboratively WITH you and I can promise that I am as real as it gets. You may hear me swear (haha), laugh hard with you, and just be my authentic self. For you to be real with me, I also need to be real too! I will work hard with you and to HEAR and SEE you starting your journey of healing. I work with most mental health concerns and have specialize in trauma recovery, working with LGBTQ+ individuals, relationship counseling, college mental health, and ADHD and Autism assessment just to name a few. I can usually get you in same week. Check out my website and lets connect!

Good therapy is a partnership between you and your therapist. If you're ready to finally figure out why you've been struggling and do something about it, then you bring the expertise on your own life, experiences, and needs, and I'll bring evidence-based training, clinical experience, and a safe space to hold your hardest moments. I have deep respect for the individuals I work with, and am consistently amazed by the level of vulnerability, insight, and growth they are able to achieve when we work together in this way. You are a unique individual with unique life experiences and I meet you right where you are and work with you to determine how to move forward as your healthiest, most fulfilled self. Most clients find virtual therapy to be the same or better than in person therapy. Virtual sessions allow you to easily work around your job commitments or childcare, and by eliminating the commute it is easier to find the time to have sessions. You have the convenience of working with a fully licensed, highly trained therapist in your home or office, and by using secure video chatting you are still able to maintain confidentiality and the visual experience of being in person. After the initial assessment, if virtual therapy is not the right fit for you, we will help you find an in-person option.

Oak Brook, Illinois therapist: Aiki Relationship Institute, psychologist

Aiki Relationship Institute

Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Currently, about 80% of my sessions are online. I specialize in working with relationships, so couples make up the majority of my practice. I also work with individuals whose partners are unwilling to participate or with singles who are struggling with relationship issues. My style tends to be relatively active in that I provide a lot of information about my thinking. I bring a lot of expertise to the table, but I also realize the need to be attentive to the experience of the individuals and couples I work with. They are the experts on their lives. I've done this for a long time, so I am rarely surprised by issues couples bring to therapy.

Rosa Martins - Rosa Martins Therapy

Life Coach, Systemic Therapist, Family Constellation Practitioner
I offer online holistic therapy sessions for women navigating burnout, emotional patterns, and ancestral wounds — from anywhere in the world. Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp in English or Portuguese, making deep, personalized support accessible regardless of where you live. My approach integrates family constellations, therapeutic tarot, radiesthesia, and HeartMath HRV biofeedback to address what traditional therapy alone often can't reach: the layers of mind, spirit, and body that shape how we feel, relate, and move through life. If you've tried conventional therapy and felt something was still missing, this work may be what you've been looking for.

Valerie Rosen

Psychologist, Ph.D.
I currently offer online therapy through my solo practice. Unlike many corporately-owned platforms, I can assure you that no one has access to your data to sell to marketers or develop AI tools. Online therapy has been shown to be equally effective as in-person therapy, although some people prefer one over the other. You may find online therapy especially helpful if you are located in a rural area or otherwise have reduced access to providers, or if you have physical limitations, transportation issues, long work hours, or caregiving responsibilities that make it challenging to get to in-person appointments. Some people feel more comfortable meeting online when they have anxiety about leaving home or meeting new people, and virtual therapy can be a good way to transition to engaging more with the world. The biggest challenge for online therapy is making sure you have a private, quiet space to hold your session. I can help you figure out ways to create the best environment for our meetings, and I try to create a friendly and relaxed environment for our call, while maintaining the reflective space of a therapy office. Pets are always welcome and often seem to drop by during sessions! Some people prefer phone or audio only for their sessions, and that's fine too as long as we have one or two video sessions first.

I provide online therapy to adults and couples across 40+ states through PSYPACT. Telehealth isn't a scaled-down version of my practice; it's how most of my clients prefer to work, whether that's a working parent fitting in a session between meetings or someone who's relocated but wants to keep the continuity of care they've built. Sessions run the same as in-person: focused, collaborative, and grounded in the same evidence-based couples and individual work I'd do in the room.

Sometimes we long for a change, have parts of ourselves we wish to share with others, overcome the impact of disturbing experiences, or crave better connections. Achieving change can be difficult to do alone and confusing about where or how to start. Therapy provides a space where we consider your unique goals and help you find a path forward that is inclusive of your needs and your whole self. Who you are and where you come from has influenced you and how you view your world. It is my role to assist you in understanding the impact of this history without judgment or criticism. We will consider how various experiences have impacted you, while also identifying strengths and resources you want to use your strengths to move forward in your life. We'll actively collaborate to help you move forward.
