We want to belong and be accepted so we fall in people pleasing behaviours and often codependency where a lack of boundaries allows others to take advantage of us. A lack of confidence in who we are causes us to hold back and never accomplish a full and purposeful life. My life experiences and professional training inform our session together as I walk with you on your healing journey guiding you to a more fulfilling life. As a Christian Counsellor I believe God gives us purpose and heals our brokenness through the power of the Holy Spirit.
