Ashley Higgins
Psychologist, Psy.D.
I am offering evidence-based online therapy for individuals in recovery from eating disorders, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, or body image challenges. I work with individuals in all stages of their recovery process- from those first exploring whether they might have an eating disorder to those who feel established in their recovery. I'm a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience. In addition to my niche of working patients with eating disorders, I have expertise in the treatment of PTSD/trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with teens and adults. Since eating disorders tend to affect the whole family, I also work with spouses, partners and family members. Whether you've been in therapy before, or are taking the very first step towards recovery, I would love to hear from you! If you are unsure about therapy or whether we are the right fit, I'd be happy to schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation.

Sumer Statler Aeed
Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist
Telehealth psychology support for life adjustments, trauma, relationships, and body issues. With technology, you can experience all the benefits of in-person therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home and have continuity of care when you travel. It can be especially helpful to those who find it challenging to travel to an office for appointments due to location, work, children at home, lifestyle, or other practical or personal reasons. You may be located abroad or be a professional who travels, telehealth allows you to get the support and resources and meet you where your life is at.
While there are multiple ways that counseling can take place online, I work primarily with face-to-face video conferencing via Zoom and, on occasion, telephone sessions.
I always hold my sessions in a quiet and confidential space, giving you the same confidentiality & professionalism that you experience within an office setting.
Most, if not all, of my clients, find virtual sessions to be highly effective and convenient. They allow for the comfort and safety of therapy in your own space, and no travel time is often less vulnerable than needing to go to an office. Research of multiple studies finds that online therapy is equally effective as in-person for most cases. That being said I always advocate for what works best for each individual and it is wonderful to have choices to find your best path whichever that may be.
If you are not tech-savvy or anxious about using technology, I'll make it as seamless as possible. I have chosen a platform that is easy to use, and I am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
A common concern I hear from clients regarding online therapy is finding a quiet and/or confidential space when you’re homebound with children, and/or family members or roommates. Please plan this out in advance so you have quiet and privacy during your session.
Since it is so convenient many times people forget to allow themselves a few minutes to "switch hats" and allow themselves a few breaths and get settled into being present and in the head/body space for your session.
Headphones or AirPods can often make audio clearer or provide more privacy, but are not necessary.
Given that video sessions can be conducted on your smartphone, clients have found it helpful to go to a park, connect from wherever you may be, and/or walk around your neighborhood. Get creative and support yourself. Find a private space that allows you to receive support no matter where you are.
You are welcome to have pets join your space if you find that comforting and supporting, and you may see my fellow feline/canine therapists join in one of our sessions on my end.

Levana Slabodnick
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LISW-S, LCSW
I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for Autistic and ADHD adults who are ready to move from a deficit-based view of themselves toward radical self-acceptance. I believe that you are the ultimate expert on your own life, and my role is to partner with you in identifying the unique strengths of your neurobiology to reach your personal goals. Together, we will work to unlearn systemic shame, navigate burnout, and build a life that honors your sensory and emotional needs rather than forcing you to mask for the comfort of others. My approach is collaborative, trauma-focused, and dedicated to helping you appreciate the person you already are while advocating for the support you deserve.

Amy L Gould
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPCC-S, NCC, CCMHC
Hello and welcome to my private practice. Video sessions are a convenient way to do therapy from your own confidential private space. I provide counseling services via Telehealth for adult individuals. My home state is Ohio and I am only contracted in Ohio to provide any Medicaid services though I am accepting other insurances as out-of-network. I am able to accept Medicare in the states where I am licensed as I am an in-network Medicare provider. If you are seeking an assessment for disability or some other purpose, I would not be able to accept your insurance for Telehealth sessions for that purpose, just for counseling and therapy. Your video sessions deserve the same level of privacy and importance as an in-person session and most people get the most out of sessions when they give them full attention. I prefer in-person sessions since they offer the highest level of confidentiality and conveyance of non-verbal communication, but the convenience of video sessions can make them very worthwhile. Whether you want a combination of in-person and Telehealth, in-person only, or only Telehealth, I may be able to accommodate you. Please note that when you utilize insurance, medical necessity and a mental health diagnosis must be established to bill insurance. I do offer private pay services for people who do not have or want to use insurance.

I have started offering teletherapy in addition to in-person appointments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, but plan to continue for the convenience of therapy clients even after the pandemic ends. Full Circle Mental Health LLC

Meet Erica, MSW, LISW | Full Circle Mental Health LLC
I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. If you are an adult, couple, or blended family navigating daily anxiety, deep-seated trauma, or the isolating process of a religious faith transition, you belong here. I provide tailored, integrative telehealth therapy across Ohio designed to help you process wounds, break old patterns, and reclaim your personal power.
Because every client faces different challenges, I don't rely on a one-size-fits-all approach. My practice is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework where we will honor your innate resilience while creating a deeply safe space to process past wounds. Depending on your unique goals, we will weave evidence-based tools into a personalized, virtual roadmap:
• For Individuals & Trauma Healing: Drawing from TF-CBT, standard CBT, and DBT skills to conquer anxiety, manage stress, and heal from spiritual trauma.
• For Couples & Relational Growth: Utilizing the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to break negative communication cycles and rebuild lasting intimacy.
• For Blended Families: Implementing Bowenian Family Systems Therapy to navigate household integration friction and establish healthy boundaries.
Taking that first step can bring up a lot of emotions, and it is completely normal to feel nervous. Our initial virtual session is a low-pressure space entirely focused on human connection, safety, and understanding your big picture. You do not need to have all the answers—just come exactly as you are. Visit fullcirclementalhealthllc.com to book your free consultation today.
