Do you feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, struggling to communicate your needs, or questioning your own experiences? Maybe you’ve felt dismissed, manipulated, or controlled - told you’re overreacting or too sensitive. Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of a toxic relationship, emotional wounds from the past, or uncertainty about how to move forward, you don’t have to go through it alone. Healing is possible, and together, we can help you regain your sense of self, build healthier relationships, and create a life that aligns with your values. If you’re feeling trapped in emotional pain or recurring patterns, I also offer EMDR therapy, which can be a powerful tool to help you process and move forward. I work with clients who are ready to take an honest look at what’s holding them back - even if past therapy hasn’t brought the results they were hoping for. If you're ready for meaningful change, let’s connect. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to get started. I offer online therapy throughout Oklahoma and Michigan with flexible scheduling and immediate availability.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania therapist: Dan Walinsky, psychologist
EMDR

Dan Walinsky

Psychologist, PhD
Online therapy is such a wonderful opportunity to do deep and powerful therapeutic work in a way that is both convenient and secure. I want all my clients, online and in person, to feel the same warmth and compassion as we work through situations and experiences. In much of the same way that we do in person, my online work is based around building a supportive therapeutic relationship. In therapy, potential for healing and growth occurs through through the relationship that we build together. I really enjoy working with clients who are trying to figure out how to manage or explore the difficult feelings – sometimes anxiety and depression - that can emerge during self-exploration, identity development, life changes, working on relationship issues among monogamous and poly/ENM/CNM people, career or work shifts, LGBTQIA+ clients, and so much more. Work with me often involves exploring patterns, looking at the imprints of families of origin, and addressing ways in which those long past experiences come up in the present.

Edmond, Oklahoma therapist: Renew Restoration, licensed professional counselor
EMDR

Renew Restoration

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC-S
Renew Restoration | Trauma-Informed Counseling for High-Functioning Adults You don't have to be in crisis to feel stuck. Many of the people I work with are functioning well on the outside, meeting deadlines, showing up for others, keeping it all together, while quietly carrying exhaustion, disconnection, or a sense that something is off beneath the surface. My work starts from a simple belief: you are not broken. You are shaped. The patterns you carry, how you cope, relate, perform, and protect yourself, developed for good reasons. They helped you survive. But survival strategies don't always serve us forever, and what once made sense can quietly become a source of distress, disconnection, or burnout. Through a depth-oriented, trauma-informed approach, we work together to understand the patterns that shaped you, recognize how they show up in your life today, and begin moving toward something more intentional, more you. If you're ready to move beyond managing symptoms and toward real alignment, I'd love to connect.
