Licensed Clinical Social Worker, MS, LCSW, CTMH
You wake up already overwhelmed, mind racing, heart heavy, body tired. You second-guess everything, carry silent grief no one sees, and push through each day feeling like you’re barely holding it together. At Warm Breezes Counseling, we create space for you to breathe again, to process the pain, the pressure, and the quiet grief you’ve been holding onto. This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about slowing down, feeling seen, and learning how to reconnect, with yourself, your resilience, and your life. I became a therapist because I deeply believe in creating a space where you don’t have to hold back or explain it all perfectly. Where your pain is honored, your story is safe, and your healing happens at your pace, not someone else’s timeline. We provide mental health therapy via online telehealth to clients in any city in the state of Virginia at time of session. Reach out today for a free initial consult to see if our practice is the right fit for you.
