Adam Manz
Licensed Mental Health Counsellor, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), MCP
Life can sometimes feel like you’re running in circles—facing patterns that are hard to break, struggling with worry, self-doubt, or lingering effects from past experiences. You may notice tension in your relationships, challenges with communication, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. I provide a supportive space to slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, capable, and present in your daily life.
Clients often describe a sense of relief and renewed hope after beginning therapy. Many report increased self-awareness, steadiness, and confidence in handling difficult emotions or life transitions. My work focuses on helping you take small, meaningful steps toward lasting change while developing tools that support long-term growth.
I use a collaborative, evidence-informed approach that integrates nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and attachment-focused insights. Together, we’ll explore both practical solutions and deeper understanding, creating a path toward greater resilience, clarity, and fulfillment.
When you’re ready, I offer a free initial consultation to help you determine whether my approach aligns with your needs.

Romana Hrivnakova
Registered Psychotherapist, MA, RP, RCC
Many of the adults I work with feel stuck in patterns shaped by complex trauma and early relationships. You may notice this showing up as persistent anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relationship cycles that feel difficult to break—even when you intellectually understand them.
Together, we gently explore the roots of these patterns and how they developed. As these survival strategies begin to make sense, you can move toward a greater sense of clarity, internal stability, and a more compassionate way of relating to yourself and others.

Clayre Sessoms
Registered Psychotherapist, RP, CCC, ATR-BC
I know firsthand what it is like to live, move, and survive in a world that was simply not built with our bodies or identities in mind. As a blind therapist with low vision, my practice is informed by a heightened sensory and energetic attunement to movement, vocal expression, and the felt sense of what passes between us online. As a trans, queer, genderflux femme (she/they), I am deeply committed to providing accessible, non-gatekeeping care that actively welcomes your gender euphoria alongside your systemic exhaustion.
In this online therapy space, the burden of translation is completely removed from your shoulders. You do not have to spend our time explaining or justifying the daily impacts of ableism, transphobia, or marginalization; you are met exactly where you are with an immediate, shared resonance. We will work at a pace that respects your boundaries, allowing you to safely unpack your burdens and build a deeper, kinder relationship with your own body. For local clients in the Vancouver area, we can also explore moving our therapy outdoors for walk-and-talk sessions once we have firmly established our therapeutic foundation and connection.

Fiona Matalon
Counsellor/Therapist, MA, RCC
If you're looking for long lasting change and finally breaking patterns, I'd love to support you. "Somatic counselling with Fiona is bringing change to my life in a powerful and profound way. I can't explain what exactly is happening inside me, it isn't the work I'm used to doing in counselling, and yet when the connection happens and release comes I feel like I have unloaded years worth of heavy emotions. My life is naturally shifting in ways that I never imagined possible, my body has started to process emotion differently, I am thinking about life differently, and I feel powerful. I am shifting in ways that I never imagined."

Registered Psychotherapist, RP, CTP Dipl
We humans are all a little mysterious to ourselves — carrying patterns, reactions, and feelings we don't fully understand, and often facing them alone. Anxiety, low mood, and chronic stress aren't random, they're signals. A nervous system that learned, early on, to stay alert, brace for impact, or manage more than it should have. Even when the original circumstances are long gone, the alarm can keep sounding: in our bodies, our reactions, our relationships; making us say yes when we wish we said no, or people-pleasing when we are already depleted.
What might feel like a flaw often reveals itself as an adaptation to the environment we grew up in — necessary at the time, still faithfully following a rulebook that no longer fits, never having had the chance to stand down.
There is no fixed route. Rather, I offer companionship: an experienced presence willing to go into uncertain territory with you, without rushing or minimizing what you're carrying. I've made this kind of journey before, and I won't leave your side when it gets uncertain. Although there is no map, the process tends to follow a general shape: building steadiness first, noticing patterns as they surface, processing what's been exiled at a sustainable pace, and eventually finding your way back to shore.
Healing tends to require working with the body and nervous system directly, not just talking things through.
Those painful or shameful parts don't need fixing, they need understanding and accepting. Over time, the experience of being heard, believed and attuned-to grooves an embodied sense of safety. The nervous system can more easily move out of survival mode allowing shorter recovery after stress, more patience in hard conversations, or restful, restorative sleep.
What once felt monstrous often reveals itself as misunderstood: a part of you that was only ever trying to protect you, or tell you something true.
A space where all of you is welcome.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent 13 years practicing as a chiropractor, which shaped my deep respect for the mind-body connection in healing.
I offer a free introductory call (30–50 minutes) to test the waters and see whether this approach is right for you — even if you're not sure yet what that is.

Alex Henderson
Registered Psychotherapist, MACP, B.A
While my primary focus as a therapist to support and counsel, I always strive to achieve these goals by being a real person. I work hard to balance accountability, respect, humour and healing so that therapy can be something that we look forward to. I want to remove as much of the fluff from the therapeutic process and work as much honesty and integrity as possible and that is something that is reflected and felt in our sessions. I work with and affirm folks from all walks of life and from all identities as long as there is a willingness to show up.

Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Clinical Counsellor: RCC
Do you often feel responsible for maintaining harmony in your relationships or ensuring tasks are completed? You may be reliable and committed to doing things “the right way,” yet internally struggle with stress, exhaustion, self-judgment, and a sense of disconnection. If this resonates with you, you may often prioritize others, strive to prevent conflict, and conceal your deeper emotions, all while feeling the pressure to achieve more. While these traits can indicate strength and integrity, they can also lead to burnout, chronic stress or pain, disrupted sleep, and dissatisfaction in your relationships and accomplishments.
I specialize in supporting high-functioning individuals like you who want to preserve their values and sense of purpose while cultivating balance, self-compassion, and emotional wellness. My collaborative, mind-body approach can address areas such as boundaries, communication, stress management, self-judgment, sleep issues, chronic pain, emotional expression, and connections with others.
Together, we will create personalized strategies to help you protect your energy, enhance your relationships, and achieve lasting transformation without compromising your identity. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re the right match.
