Kamran Bedi

Therapist, Advanced Anxiety/PTSD treatment and Confidence building. Fast results. IEMT/EMDR, NLP, Hypnotherapy.
**Available to start sessions. - I offer therapy sessions that help people overcome anxiety, low mood, depression, fears/phobias, agoraphobia, PTSD, anxious attachment, sexual abuse, fear of flying, relationship challenges, insomnia, health anxiety, career conflict/crisis, social anxiety, public speaking - to name but a few areas that I am heavily experienced in working with. All of the people that I work with achieve results where they feel free from the mental and emotional weight of their personal challenges. This is because the therapy sessions utilise EMDR/IEMT - Eye movement therapy which rapidly helps release feelings of fear, panic, anxiety, feeling on edge, anger, guilt, shame, regret and more. It is excellent for helping people overcome negative memories and past experiences. Once the release work is complete, the sessions then focus on building up tools, skills, methods and techniques that help a person have more positive influence over their mind and to change and improve any behavioural patterns that need addressing. This combination of firstly release work, then secondly 'rebuilding' is the process that has changed and improved the lives of every person who has had sessions with me. This has been developed from my many years of experience of working with people from all walks of life with a variety of different personal challenges. It is not so much the methods used, but more so my approach and experience that leaves me fully confident that I can and will help you get life changing results. I offer two ways of working; Following a single 90 minute session for a full consultation and some eye movement therapy, I can then advise how to work and the number of sessions required moving forward as every person is different - Option 1). A course of sessions over 6-10 weeks, once or twice a week with space to measure progress. Option 2). Sessions three or four times a week (Tue-Fri,) for a much more rapid and accelerated change and transformation, followed by a weeks break to process the work and have follow up sessions where required. Both options are subject to schedule availability. Additional therapy sessions and areas covered include; 'navigating through divorce', 'career development', 'anxious attachment', 'insomnia', 'relationships' and 'feeling comfortable with your identity'. I am experienced working with men, women, non-binary individuals adults and teenagers. Should you be interested in trying this approach of working and if you ant things to get better for you in your life, please contact me consider a commitment to six or ten sessions. There is also a short explainer video on my page that will give you more information on how I can help you and various podcast episodes on my show, The Think & Grow Podcast that will give you further insights into my approach.

Georgie Gee

Registered Psychotherapist, Masters in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that effective therapy creates a safe space where young people can explore their inner world and understand the root causes of their distress. By helping adolescents make meaning of their experiences empowers them to develop a stronger sense of self enabling them to navigate future challenges with greater awareness and confidence.

Dr Paul Garden

Psychologist, Doctorate in Psychology, DPsych, MSc with Distinction, BSc First Class Honours.
I am a registered Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Practitioner Psychologist, and am on the British Psychological Society Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS). I have been in Private Practice in Central London for nine years. Before spending ten years in full-time study and training in London universities and NHS Trusts to qualify as a psychologist, I spent a decade travelling, mainly around Asia, studying Eastern psychology and philosophy. Thus, I have a rich lens of psychological perspectives through which I understand and work with the mind. Psychoanalytic thinking underpins my approach to therapy, which is always tailored to suit the unique needs of each person. The therapeutic work then adapts as those needs change over time. You will find my approach to be naturally compassionate, and non-judgemental.

Psychologist, MEd, BEd, QTS, GMBPsS, ADHD & Executive Function Coach Accred, Leadership, Somatic & Polyvagal Cert
I’m an ADHD and executive function coach, mentor and psychologist (GMBPsS) working with neurodivergent adults, professionals and students who want to understand how their mind and nervous system actually work. My approach goes beyond surface-level productivity strategies. We work with the whole system - brain, body and identity - so you can develop clarity, emotional steadiness and sustainable ways of operating. Many people with ADHD know they are intelligent and capable, yet everyday life can feel harder than it should. Together we translate your natural thinking style into practical structure, stronger self-trust and consistent progress. My work integrates executive function coaching, nervous-system awareness and identity development so change happens from the inside out, not just through temporary motivation. Many of my clients are ambitious, fast-thinking individuals - founders, professionals, leaders and students - navigating high expectations while managing ADHD. Alongside my coaching practice, I consult with corporates, educational institutions and organisations globally on neurodiversity awareness, inclusion and how to effectively support neurodivergent talent. I believe therapy is a great gift that you give to your body, mind and soul- and that gift can improve all the relationships in your personal, work and family relationships. In essence, we want to move towards more ease and enjoyment. We can get curious about what you learnt growing up and in your life to date that created your world-view, your assumptions and even your body's responses to the situations you face. We will also open up new options for your responses so that you can be more authentically yourself within your world. This doesn't just involve thinking differently but being able to use the felt-sense in your body and nervous system. Often, I experience people coming to therapy with knowledge and self awareness but that thing doesn't seem to shift the problem- because it's deep in the body response system. We can work together with all of it, not just the logical mind but what's beneath that may be quietly running the show! I work with an integrative palette of approaches and tools, and share them with you in our conversations. We will work with thoughts and feelings as well as the responses of your body. When we start to shift what is available to our felt-sense, our perceptions and actions can shift dramatically. This is one of the things I love about the recent post-graduate training I've undertaken in Somatic Experiencing. I'm at the Advanced level of training in this method and it informs my approach to trauma, to neurodiversity and to relationships. I've also undertaken significant studies in ADHD and autism to help work with neurodivergence. I work with empathy, curiosity, compassion and respect for your intelligence and goals for yourself.

You've done real therapeutic work. You understand your patterns with a clarity that took years to build: why your nervous system braces before a difficult conversation, why certain relationships seem to confirm your oldest fears, why the same emotional weather keeps returning no matter how much you've examined it. That understanding is not the problem. There is simply a neurobiological ceiling to what verbal processing can reach. Some people hit it - and when they do, the patterns that remain aren't stored as thoughts to be reframed. They live in the nervous system, in the body's tissues, in responses that were encoded long before language was available to organise them. I work at that ceiling. Not because what came before was wrong - but because the next layer of work requires a different kind of access. With over 20 years of experience and a deep specialisation in body-based trauma release, I work with self-aware individuals who are ready to move from understanding their patterns to releasing them. If that's where you are, I'd like to hear from you.

Dubai, Dubai therapist: Lulu AlRashdi, life coach

Lulu AlRashdi

Life Coach
From an ex-police officer to a trauma-informed life coach. My journey has been profound. I learned that the greatest gift we can give ourselves is recognizing who we truly are beneath our conditioning, survival patterns, and past experiences. Many of the struggles we face today are rooted in childhood experiences, unconscious beliefs, and emotional wounds that continue to shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world. My role is to help you gently explore these patterns, understand their origins, and create awareness without judgment.

Liam West

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, Adv Dip MBACP
I’ve been in practise since 2016 and feel very blessed having had the opportunity to help so many people on their healing journey. My first focus is always in creating a safe space; one of understanding, compassion and openness. Anyone attending therapy needs to feel safe, secure, and seen and understood by their therapist. Though there’s a lot more that I do in my work with people than above, it’s those foundations - the relationship between therapist and clients - that everything else we do is built from. You will get 100% from me, as well as a dedication to continual learning and exploring, refining already known approaches, as well as adding in new tools and techniques. I know therapy can be a nervous thing to first try, but I’m sure in saying that I will put anyone at ease very quickly, and that anyway that sticks with therapy - and feels safe and heard by myself - will experience change that is hard to almost hard to believe until it starts to happen. I look forward to meeting you
