Many of the adults I work with feel stuck in patterns shaped by complex trauma and early relationships. You may notice this showing up as persistent anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relationship cycles that feel difficult to break—even when you intellectually understand them.
Together, we gently explore the roots of these patterns and how they developed. As these survival strategies begin to make sense, you can move toward a greater sense of clarity, internal stability, and a more compassionate way of relating to yourself and others.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Developmental Therapy Looks at how childhood and developmental experiences affect current challenges. It aims to repair unmet needs and foster healthy growth.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: I believe that the challenges we face—overwhelming anxiety, constant exhaustion, the weight of shame, or the sense that we are always 'performing' to be worthy or to avoid feeling not good enough—are often survival strategies developed to navigate a wounded foundation from childhood trauma or attachment injuries. My approach is relational and integrative, grounded in attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), and psychodynamic perspectives. In our work together, we focus on understanding how your patterns formed and the adaptive roles they once played in helping you cope. Rather than pushing these responses away, we approach them with curiosity and compassion, creating space to work with the different "parts" of yourself that carry past experiences while strengthening your ability to stay present and grounded. This process allows us to look at both the deeper roots of your experiences and how they show up in your day-to-day life. Over time, this supports a shift from feeling driven by automatic reactions to having a greater sense of choice and emotional stability. I warmly welcome new clients and invite you to reach out so we can connect and see if I might be the right person to accompany you on your journey toward healing. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to answer any questions and ensure you feel comfortable with our potential work together.

My practice focuses on working with adults (18+) who are navigating the impact of complex trauma, early attachment wounds, addiction, and long-standing emotional patterns that feel difficult to change. Many of the individuals I work with experience persistent anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, burnout, or challenges in their relationships that continue despite insight, effort, and previous attempts at change. With over 15 years of international experience, I provide a compassionate, trauma-focused space using a relational, Parts-Work (IFS) lens to help you move beyond managing symptoms and understand the 'why' behind your patterns. Together, we work to identify and unburden the parts of you still carrying the weight of the past, transforming self-criticism into self-compassion and rebuilding a resilient internal home.
