Ever feel stuck? Maybe you are bogged down with thoughts, memories, or uncomfortable feelings. Or maybe you are just itching for a change in your life. I am a licensed psychotherapist with an additional doctorate degree. I help individuals, couples, and families throughout Orange County & LA County. My approach is one where I aim for you to feel comfortable from the very beginning. No cookie cutter model here...I will find a way to meet you where you are at and work toward your therapy goals. I'm an accomplice toward helping you feel heard and validated in your journey...because life, after all, through the good and the bad, is a journey, isn't it? We will work together through the highs and lows, the conflicts internally and externally, re-group when thought processes get us in a rut, and focus on full mind-body health. I walk the walk in wellness in that it is my life mission to help better the lives of others. My clientele is age 2-102. My styles & areas: Cognitive-Behavioral, Solutions-Focused, Psychodynamic, Couples Therapy, Divorce Mediation, Co-Parenting, Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Grief & Loss, Personality Disorders, Trauma, and Relationships. Being a therapist isn’t just a job for me. It’s a calling shaped by my own mental health journey. Working with a therapist who truly understood me was life-changing, and it’s what inspired me to do this work. I know firsthand that meaningful transformation is possible when you are given the right support and tools, and my hope is to offer that experience to each of my clients. In our work together, you won’t get someone who simply sits back and nods. I am actively engaged and can help you feel understood even when you’re struggling to put things into words. If you’re someone who has trouble opening up, I can help you let people in and share what’s going on underneath in a way that is authentic to you. I balance thoughtful listening with meaningful input, offering perspective and guidance when it’s helpful, while making sure the work supports you in becoming more fully yourself rather than fitting into a mold. If you’re looking for a therapist who feels approachable, steady, and genuinely invested in your growth, and who can help you turn insight into real, lasting change, I’d be glad to connect. I offer a free consultation so you can see if we’re a good fit.

A secure online platform will be used for weekly sessions. I have found that online/telehealth therapy has been an effective and safe method to meet with clients which provides its own unique benefits, such as the convenience of being at home or at work for clients to help manage busy schedule, financial and time saving from reduced traveling needs, as well as health conscious people. Therapy services utilizing telehealth mode showed in research studies with increased attendance and treatment outcome. Telehealth's another key benfit is the ability to provide the quality service/Clinician unbound by geographical locations. The availability of online therapy expand the opportunity to meet the service needs for more people with personal, practical limitations. For example, Bipolar is when someone is experiencing extreme polar emotional fluctuations at different times. We all can experience opposite emotional experiences that can be a part of life. It is up to the clinicians to examine whether your symptoms are clinically significant or not. When it is diagnosed, it often necessitates medication treatment along with psychotherapy as it is one of the most difficult conditions to treat without medication in severe to moderate presentations. It is also one of highly complex diagnoses that a master's level educated licensed marriage and family therapists and social workers, for example, are not typically expected to diagnose bipolar disorder. At the Practice, the skilled practitioner/Clinician is available who's been experienced with identifying such complicated symptoms in a much shorter period as well as to provide effective clinical treatment and recommendations. Researches found that it takes about 10 years for someone to be properly diagnosed with complicated diagnosis, such as bipolar from the time the person first contact a mental health service for help. They are commonly misdiagnosed with depression. That is a 10 year of wasted life, energy, deteriorated relationships, and reduced productivity/income on someone. I highly recommend contacting the office asap if you suspect that you have the related and/or other various symptoms. Starting a therapy journey is an investment in one's future life. It will take time, conscious and even financial committment for at least next 3 to 6 months for most people. Just like many aspects in life, the commitment to work on making the necessary changes in yourself is the requirement to see effective results in therapy. Those who are committed in the process and ready will leap the rewards. The practice wants to hear from those who are ready for making the positive changes!
