Atlanta, Georgia therapist: Jennifer L Abel, psychologist
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)

Jennifer L Abel

Psychologist, Ph.D.
I've devoted my career to helping people effectively manage anxiety. Most of the tools you will learn are quick and easy strategies that require very little time out of your busy schedule. You'll learn why your prior methods have failed and what to do differently. A unique service I provide is allowing you to answer three pages of questions and anything else you want me to know, prior to our first session. I read that, write it on paper, sometimes research (e.g. medications or disease), such that I know you pretty well before we even meet. This gives us a great head start before we meet!
