I prefer one-on-one in-person therapy, however I have found that numerous types of online therapy can also be useful and beneficial. Since there are numerous ways of doing online therapy we can talk about what your preference is and work out something acceptable. The Coronavirus precautions have helped facilitate these technologies and we might as well take advantage of them.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve already done work and want to go deeper. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space to sort through what feels stuck, overwhelming, or hard to name. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed care, but always tailored to what you need most. Life Coach, MDiv, MA
People want fullness of love in life (in work, relationship and purpose), but get stymied by anger, anxiety, or existential dilemmas. Sometimes talking about it isn't enough to transform it. To make significant change, after we name emotions and explore their sensations, we can build a new somatic relationship. By compassionately attending to old habits, then invoking new awareness of how to thrive, we liberate ourselves from past patterns and welcome new joys. If you like contemplative exploration of the roots of your issues, guidance to find your inner ah-ha!, and support for your own wisdom to lead you forward, give me a call. I believe the energy we call Divine (or Source, Consciousness, Godde, All) is within you and around you, ready to speak. You have the answers within you, I'm here to help you find them- and implement them.
