Nikita Marina

Psychologist, Holistic Psychology and Coaching, Past Life Regression Therapy (IST), Spiritual Mentorship
I have been offering online therapy and working with people globally for over 8 years. I recognize that for some of my clients it is a preference and for some a necessity. Online therapy can be as effective as traditional therapy for most individuals. It is a great choice for people that have very full schedules, travel or have family responsibilities. Besides the obvious convenience, online therapy provides additional privacy and comfort. Because you’re in control of your environment, you can set it up to make your session as comfortable as possible. Temperature, seating, lighting, you set the stage for your therapeutic support to take place in a way that feels good for you. Being comfortable in your session and having a personalized experience can help you focus better on the work you need to do.

Las Vegas, Nevada therapist: Michael Andrew Brennan, licensed clinical social worker
Transpersonal

Michael Andrew Brennan

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
I offer online therapy for people who want a thoughtful, grounded space to reflect, make meaning, and move through life with more clarity. My approach is intentionally less clinical and more conversational—responsive to the person in front of me rather than rigid methods or labels. Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, burned out, or caught in patterns they can’t seem to shift. Others are navigating major life transitions, relationship struggles, or questions around identity and purpose. In our work together, we slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and create space for change that feels honest and sustainable. I try to hold what Ram Dass called the “horrible beauty” of life—the pain and the beauty, side by side—without judgment.

I like to think of therapy as a journey of inner exploration and I am along as a guide. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a combination of intellectual understanding and emotional experience. In that regard, your feelings can be our road signs that we are on the right track to self-growth. I try to not have a specific agenda going into sessions, but rather go where it is you feel like you need to go at that time. I believe that it is my role to create a safe space for you to express and explore whatever it is that is inside you. Compassion is key, and cultivating self-compassion is one of the most important elements of therapy. I look forward to helping you explore and become more self-aware and self-compassionate!

The beauty of hypnosis is we get into the subconscious mind, beyond your inner critic and sensors. This is where our beliefs, emotions, habits, memories and imagination lives. With hypnosis, we essentially reprogram your core operating system, and the shift can happen in an instant; in fact, most clients are free of the original issue within 1-3 sessions, with resolution of the root cause, and feeling safe in their own minds and comfortable in their own skin.
