Multicultural couples and families navigating culture clashes, estrangement, faith transitions, and sexual and intergenerational trauma, especially for BIPOC populations, are treatment specialties. Psychedelic psychotherapy preparation and integration are also available with referrals to clinics and others who can provide medication administration. Pain often shows up when there’s a gap between who we are right now and who we hope to become. This disconnect can be shaped by internal challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, physical health issues, or unresolved trauma, as well as external pressures such as difficult relationships, job demands, or broader systems of inequality and injustice. All of these factors can make it harder to recognize what truly matters to us and take steps in that direction. As therapists, our aim is to support your mental well-being, help you reconnect with your values, and empower you to build a life that feels more fulfilling, purposeful, and aligned with who you want to be.
