Being a mother is a rewarding and beautiful role, but it can be exhausting! This juggling act is simply unsustainable. We end up being burnt out, flustered, and stressed. Some of us start to feel like we’re failing at everything, and this can bring on irrational guilt and depression. Being flooded with all these emotions prevents us from being present and enjoying the precious time we have with our families.
