Women's Issues will be explored through a Narrative and CBT approach. A discussion about concerns related to gender stereotypes or assumptions or concerns related to women's health will be explored. At the same time, issues can also include topics not related to gender. The sessions will explore your narrative and your experiences.
As a woman, I have some lived experience in this area. I work with these issues from a compassionate and trauma-informed lens. I will bear witness to your experiences and offer individualized support depending on the issue at hand.

In therapy we can help you navigate the socio-cultural expectations for women-identifying people in our patriarchal society, which can be exhausting. In therapy we may address issues about femininity, sexuality, gender roles, gender identity, changing bodies through life cycles, sexual maturity and activity, fertility treatments, pregnancy, motherhood, childlessness and menopause.
