Fees & Insurance

Fees
  • Average Session Fee Individual therapy is $265 for 60 min. Couples therapy (2 people) is $330 for 60 min. and $400 for 90 min. Family therapy (3 people) is $350 for 60 min. and $440 for 90 min. Additional family members are $50. Payment is due 48 hrs prior. No-shows and late cancellations (<24 hrs) are charged in full.

  • I offer sliding scale fees for those who qualify, making therapy more accessible. Rates are adjusted based on your financial situation. Please contact me to discuss options and find a fee that works for you.

I take a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to therapy, incorporating a variety of methods tailored to your needs. This includes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Solution-Focused Couples Therapy, Christian counseling, and pastoral care. I also draw on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
