Sabrina Ragan
Psychologist, CCC., CPT, R.Psych
I offer secure, compassionate online therapy for children, teens, and families across Alberta through Keystone Child & Family Therapy. Sessions are conducted through Zoom and a virtual playroom called Play Space, designed to engage children through therapeutic games, storytelling, and creative expression. This is a powerful way to support emotional and behavioral needs—especially for families living in remote areas where travel to in-person counseling is difficult due to time or distance. My approach blends attachment, neuroscience, and nearly two decades of experience to create safe, effective, and engaging online play therapy for children and families, no matter where they are.

Matthew Pitts
Registered Psychotherapist, Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and driven, yet internally struggling with relationship conflict, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, career stress, or recurring interpersonal patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Therapy can offer a space to better understand these experiences, navigate difficult emotions and relationships, and develop more grounded and meaningful ways forward. My approach is collaborative, reflective, compassionate and direct when helpful. I aim to create a space where clients can explore difficult emotions honestly, while feeling supported, understood, and challenged toward growth.
Prior to becoming a Registered Psychotherapist, I worked as a family law lawyer. That experience informs my understanding of conflict, emotional strain, and the complexity people carry beneath outward competence. My life experience also includes marriage, parenthood, and work within finance/asset management which shapes the perspective I bring into therapy.
In couples work, I help partners better understand recurring cycles of conflict so that more emotionally honest, insightful and productive conversations may emerge. Whether for individual therapy or couples therapy, finding the right fit is essential. I invite you to reach out for a brief consultation to see if we would work well together.

Kevin Jones
Psychologist, MACP
Feeling Stuck, Overwhelmed, or Caught in the Same Patterns?
Sometimes you can understand something logically and still feel unable to change it.
Maybe your thoughts won't slow down. Maybe anxiety is taking up too much space in your life. You may be struggling with OCD or intrusive thoughts, feeling emotionally exhausted, dealing with depression or stress, or finding that the same conflicts keep showing up in your relationship. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
**I'm Kevin Jones, a Registered Provisional Psychologist, and I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, make sense of what's happening, and work toward meaningful change.**
I work with **teens, adults, older adults, and couples**, supporting people experiencing **Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other life challenges.** I also provide couples therapy for partners who want to improve communication, better understand one another, and strengthen their relationship.
### Therapy That Fits You
I don't believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all experience. Everyone arrives with a different history, personality, set of challenges, and goals. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based therapies including **Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Gottman-informed couples therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, attachment-based approaches, narrative therapy, existential therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).**
Together, we can explore what's happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies, and build on the strengths you already have.
### A Different Path Led Me to Psychology
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked as a lawyer. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, understand different perspectives, and work through complex problems. Over time, however, I realized that what I found most meaningful wasn't being in the courtroom—it was helping people navigate difficult situations and find a way forward.
That realization ultimately led me to psychology.
Today, I bring that same curiosity, analytical thinking, and respect for different perspectives into my work with clients. But therapy isn't about analyzing you or telling you what you should do. **It's about understanding your experience and working together to figure out what will help.**
### You Don't Need to Have It All Figured Out
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you've spent a long time trying to manage things on your own.
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong. You don't need to have the right words. And you don't have to wait until things become overwhelming before asking for support.
Whether you're trying to quiet anxious thoughts, understand OCD, recover from stress or depression, work through trauma, improve your relationship, or simply feel more like yourself again, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and take the next step.
**My goal is to help you feel understood, develop a clearer understanding of yourself, and leave therapy with practical tools and greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.**
I provide **in-person therapy in Calgary, Alberta, as well as online therapy for residents of Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Nunavut**, where permitted by applicable professional requirements.
If you're wondering whether therapy might be a good fit, you're welcome to reach out. **You don't have to know exactly where to begin—we can start there together.**
