I prefer to provide therapy in person but the Covid Crisis has required that I do so via teletherapy. The result is that my practice has expanded to accommodate a wider range of clients whose work schedules, health issues and personal circumstances make virtual sessions more beneficial. I have found that a video conference, in which masks are not needed, allow us to make more real connections than mask-to-mask in the office.
