Michelle Bloom, PsyD
Psychologist, PsyD, PsyPact
Since the pandemic shook our world and the experience of how we connect with others, I have been practicing remotely. I have found that teletherapy has been as effective as meeting in person in terms of relationship building, creating a safe space, and communicating openly, honestly, and directly. For many clients with busy lives, online therapy reduces the obstacles of travel, traffic, and parking, and provides a simple way of managing billing/payment.

When you crave a fulfilling relationship but find yourself feeling burned out, disappointed by your dating experiences, or anxious about your current relationship, you may feel hopeless about your romantic future. You may start to question yourself and think, Am I ever going to figure this out? Will I ever be satisfied with my love life? What am I doing wrong? When you long to feel secure but often find yourself filled with self-doubt and feeling “not good enough”, it can be draining and isolating. You are sick of feeling stuck and deep down, you know there has to be a better way, but you’re just not sure what it is.
I specialize in helping women struggling with dating and relationship challenges, low self-worth, and/or anxiety to tap into their strengths and thrive. An important component of our work together is supporting you in building tools to improve your relationship with yourself so that you can feel confident about dating and the future of your relationships.
I'm currently offering virtual sessions. If you would like to learn more about how I can help you, call or email me to book a free phone consultation.

On the Simple Practice and Zoom platforms, clients use the link I provide to enter the waiting room and join our session. Clients and I find that we feel very connected and are able to intensely focus on healing during our time together. Following the session, if needed, I provide therapy tools, recommendations, and reminders from our session by text or email.

Dr. Brian M. Berman
Psychologist, Psy.D.
Teletherapy, also known as online therapy or telehealth, offers numerous benefits and advantages for both therapists and clients. Teletherapy breaks down geographical barriers, allowing clients to access mental health services regardless of their location. This can be especially beneficial for individuals living in rural areas or areas with limited access to mental health resources. Teletherapy also offers convenience, as sessions can be conducted from the comfort of the client's home or any other location with internet access. This eliminates the need for travel time, transportation costs, and scheduling conflicts, making therapy more accessible and manageable for busy individuals.

The journey can be challenging to navigate alone, but recognizing the need for support is the first courageous step towards breaking free from stagnation and experiencing genuine, transformative change. If you're motivated for change but need support finding your path, I'm here.
