Creating a safe, supportive space is central to Justin’s work, allowing clients to explore anxiety and depression without judgment. With experience serving individuals from diverse backgrounds, his approach is both trauma-informed and culturally responsive. Justin understands that each client’s experiences are unique and believes their care should reflect individualized, thoughtful solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Justin understands that many clients feel constrained by the direction their lives have taken. He is committed to helping them gain clarity and a greater sense of freedom through professional support. Life Coach, MDiv, MA
People want fullness of love in life (in work, relationship and purpose), but get stymied by anger, anxiety, or existential dilemmas. Sometimes talking about it isn't enough to transform it. To make significant change, after we name emotions and explore their sensations, we can build a new somatic relationship. By compassionately attending to old habits, then invoking new awareness of how to thrive, we liberate ourselves from past patterns and welcome new joys. If you like contemplative exploration of the roots of your issues, guidance to find your inner ah-ha!, and support for your own wisdom to lead you forward, give me a call. I believe the energy we call Divine (or Source, Consciousness, Godde, All) is within you and around you, ready to speak. You have the answers within you, I'm here to help you find them- and implement them.

Sculpting meaning from our lives can be challenging especially during difficult times. I am a licensed clinical Psychologist who provides evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and am a Linehan Board Certified clinician with an expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have an expertise treating a wide range of mental disorders with a specific focus on problems of emotional dysregulation including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders. I strive to understand individuals within the larger context of their lives rather than focusing on simplistic diagnoses or labels. This stance allows me to practice psychotherapy in a genuine, relational, and compassionate way while at the same time while remaining firmly rooted in theory and providing treatments that have been shown to work. My style is direct, thoughtful, and often irreverent. I value a strong therapeutic relationship and aim to be honest and open in treatment to encourage direct communication and help co-create a therapeutic space that feels validating, safe, and helpful.
