When you crave a fulfilling relationship but find yourself feeling burned out, disappointed by your dating experiences, or anxious about your current relationship, you may feel hopeless about your romantic future. You may start to question yourself and think, Am I ever going to figure this out? Will I ever be satisfied with my love life? What am I doing wrong? When you long to feel secure but often find yourself filled with self-doubt and feeling “not good enough”, it can be draining and isolating. You are sick of feeling stuck and deep down, you know there has to be a better way, but you’re just not sure what it is. I specialize in helping women struggling with dating and relationship challenges, low self-worth, and/or anxiety to tap into their strengths and thrive. As a result, a significant part of my practice over the past few years has been in the service of providing tele-therapy for those who reside within the states governed by PSYPACT. My goal is to help my clients lead more fulfilling lives. To help, I must first understand the client’s experience, life story, and their goals for counseling. I listen without judgment and with real concern. Of course, people seek therapy not just to talk, but to change. Various models of therapy help therapists show their understanding of a client’s challenges and make suggestions about how to address these issues. The therapist and client work together to create a plan that addresses the client’s goals and life situation, within the context of the client’s abilities.

I believe that one of the bravest things you can do is to begin to understand your own story. From this understanding and processing of your unique story, you can let go of traumas that control you, anxiety and depression road blocks, bad relationships, and overall the emotional pain that may prevent you from living a happy and fulfilling life that gets you excited to wake up to everyday. I want you to be free of that pain so that you can find meaning, excitement, and purpose in work, friendships, relationships, family, and really ALL areas of your life. You DESERVE this and I'm here to help you on this healing journey you deserve! So what is it like working with me? Therapy should not be a one-sided conversation and I'm definitely not a smile-and-nod therapist. I want to work collaboratively WITH you and I can promise that I am as real as it gets. You may hear me swear (haha), laugh hard with you, and just be my authentic self. For you to be real with me, I also need to be real too! I will work hard with you and to HEAR and SEE you starting your journey of healing. I work with most mental health concerns and have specialize in trauma recovery, working with LGBTQ+ individuals, relationship counseling, college mental health, and ADHD and Autism assessment just to name a few. I can usually get you in same week. Check out my website and lets connect!

Online therapy doesn’t have to feel distant or impersonal. In fact, my clients often tell me our virtual sessions feel just as warm, authentic, and deeply connected as if we were sitting in the same room. I specialize in helping healthcare providers, executives, and high-achieving professionals who feel burned out, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed—especially folks who’ve been so busy taking care of everyone else they’ve lost touch with themselves. My approach combines evidence-based behavioral science, genuine empathy, and practical strategies designed specifically for your unique challenges and goals.
