We hear all the time about the importance of having good physical health but what about having good mental health. It is important to have the skills to help you feel calm and to be at peace. One way to do this is by using your senses, listen to the voice of someone you love, taste your favorite food, watch a beautiful sunset, cuddle under a soft blanket. Engaging in one of these activities each day can help you better handle stressful situations when they arise
