I'm constantly inspired by the clever and resilient ways that people can grow around life stresses, and I consider it a great privilege to be led into the private (and painful) parts of people's lives.
A sudden change, stressful life event, or recent loss can make it feel like your world has fallen out from under you. My work is centred around helping you increase self-understanding, process difficult feelings, memories, and experiences, and expand your coping abilities. Together we will establish a therapeutic space that feels safe to explore how to move towards a more balanced present.
