The therapy process involves exploring the history of your sleep issues. We will explore when it began, what was going on for you at the time, and which factors are currently maintaining the sleeping problems. The model that I predominantly use for sleep issues is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on behaviour modification.
