Joy, connection, and relief are possible even in the darkest of times. I offer an embodied, relational approach to therapy that helps you investigate anxiety, disconnection, and recurring motifs that no longer feel like they are allowing you to fully engage with your life. I spent many years trying to jump straight to a solution, as though I was a problem to be fixed. In my experience, fixing/improving yourself won’t bring you the relief you’re seeking because it bypasses the juicy bits: understanding how you got here, and how you've kept this going for so long. Instead, we explore your present-moment experience (your thinking-feeling-sensing-moving body) to build awareness and self-trust, which makes change and spontaneity possible. I bring a steady, attuned presence, at times a twinkly humour, and a deep respect for how your adaptations have supported you to survive this far, while helping you discover new ways of being that feel more spacious and alive. If you’re looking for therapy that honours your whole self, insists on centering your creativity and humanity, and supports real, lasting shifts, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.

Nadia Zamzul
Registered Psychotherapist, R.P., LL.M
Frustrated by "talk therapy"? Then, you might not just be looking for a therapist—you’re looking for someone who can help you shift. Let's make sense of what’s happening deeply beneath the surface. I bring a combination of clinical depth, relational attunement, and real-world expertise to my work. With advanced training in relational psychotherapy, somatic approaches, and parts work, I help clients move beyond insight and into meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals who feel stuck in patterns around self-worth, relationships, and emotional regulation. My approach is both grounded and intuitive—I don’t just listen, I track what’s happening in your nervous system, your patterns, and your relationships in real time. This allows me to gently challenge what isn’t working while creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and deeply human.

Selah Counselling, Mediation, and Training Center
Registered Social Worker, BSW, MSW, RSW
Selah Counselling, Mediation, and Training Center is a practice built on the belief that healing takes time, safety, and depth. We are not a quick-fix model. We integrate neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and faith for those who desire it, so that change is not just behavioural but transformational. What sets us apart is our commitment to long-term relational work, nervous system stabilization, and whole-person care. We look at the patterns beneath the symptoms, the story beneath the survival, and we create a space where individuals, couples, and families can slow down enough to heal from the inside out. We are steady, clinically grounded, and rooted in the understanding that sustainable change happens when people feel safe enough to be fully seen.

Meera Duncan
Counsellor/Therapist, Honorary Doctorate Psychology, Counselling Therapist,Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist, & Author
Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Clinical Hypnotherapy for children, teens, and adults. In-person and online therapy sessions available.
I’m excited to share a new offering within my practice that I’ve been thoughtfully developing: a series of small, in-person group therapy programs designed to provide a unique and supportive therapeutic experience. The next Group Therapy sessions begin in September.
These sessions are truly unique, integrating counselling and clinical hypnotherapy to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and stress reduction, allowing for both meaningful discussion and deeper work focused on calming the nervous system and activating the parasympathetic response.
These small group programs are designed for children, teens, and parents, with a focus on building emotional resilience, confidence, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges within a supportive and structured environment.
Group therapy programs begin in the fall.
Spaces are limited, so please email Meera if interested in registration for one of the group therapy programs. There is also more information about each program on her clinic website. Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain a supportive group experience.
Reaching out for support takes courage. I am passionate about guiding individuals through meaningful change and helping them reconnect with their innate capacity for healing and growth.
My work integrates counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy to support both the conscious and subconscious mind. This approach allows for deeper emotional processing, insight, and lasting transformation by addressing patterns at their root.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, or a period of transition, I provide a grounded and supportive space to explore your experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialise in couples therapy. I love helping couples improve their relationship by increasing their ability to communicate openly and lovingly. I am trained in Gottman Couples Therapy to Level 3 and am a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist. I have also completed several sex therapy intensive trainings. I have over 15 years helping couples. Sexuality and desire discrepancies are something that I enjoy working it as this often becomes a shut down topic for couples. Kevin Jones
Psychologist, MACP
Kevin’s path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line—it was a discovery of who he truly is and how he wants to contribute to the world. He initially followed the direction his parents encouraged, completing an undergraduate degree in psychology before moving into law. As a lawyer in a full-service firm, he found himself drawn not to the adversarial side of the work, but to the problem-solving, collaboration, and human connection that naturally unfolded when helping clients navigate difficult decisions.
Over time, Kevin realized that the parts of law he loved most—listening, understanding, and working together toward solutions—were exactly the pieces that aligned with his values and strengths. He began to ask himself how can I make this the whole job? That question ultimately led him back to psychology, where a collaborative, solution-focused approach could become the foundation of his work. Therapy, he realized, was where he could fully lean into who he is: calm, thoughtful, curious, and deeply oriented toward helping people move forward with clarity.
Kevin’s shift into couples counselling grew naturally out of his experience in divorce law. He often saw relationships break down not because of a lack of love, but because communication had eroded long before either partner sought help. Witnessing this was disheartening—it highlighted how many couples were struggling without support and how preventable many of those ruptures could have been.
As a therapist, Kevin now has the opportunity to be on the other side of that process. Couples counselling allows him to help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and rediscover connection before the relationship reaches a breaking point. It’s meaningful work that aligns with both his professional insight and his personal desire to help people stay connected rather than fall apart.
Today, Kevin brings the best of both worlds—his background in psychology and his experience in law—into a grounded, practical, and deeply human therapeutic style. He is committed to creating a space where individuals and couples can understand themselves, improve their relationships, and navigate life’s complexities with confidence.

Sage Ariel Seguin
Registered Psychotherapist, QRP, MACP
My clients are often in their 20s–40s who feel stuck in people-pleasing, perfectionism, or unhealthy relationship patterns. They may overextend themselves at work, with family, or in relationships, leaving little space for their own needs. Many also navigate ADHD, feeling overwhelmed or scattered, and want support reconnecting with themselves and creating balance.
In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can show up as you are without having to perform or please. We'll move at your pace, gently exploring the patterns that have shaped your relationships — including people-pleasing, boundary challenges, and attachment wounds.
I integrate a variety of approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to support you in building self-trust, emotional balance, and relationships that feel more honest. Whenever you're ready, I'd love to hear what's bringing you in.

Alex Henderson
Registered Psychotherapist, MACP, B.A
While my primary focus as a therapist to support and counsel, I always strive to achieve these goals by being a real person. I work hard to balance accountability, respect, humour and healing so that therapy can be something that we look forward to. I want to remove as much of the fluff from the therapeutic process and work as much honesty and integrity as possible and that is something that is reflected and felt in our sessions. I work with and affirm folks from all walks of life and from all identities as long as there is a willingness to show up.

Rob Pepper
Counsellor/Therapist, Registered Counselling Therapist (Nova Scotia), B.Ed, M.ACP, RCT
My work helps people connect with the parts of themselves that enable them to outgrow their problems. This process unfolds through deeper engagement with dreams, stories, conversations, and the imagination. I work with adults who feel stuck in their professional, emotional, or spiritual development and want to examine the patterns that limit their capacity for love, success, and creativity. My approach is grounded in the tradition of Analytical Psychology developed by Carl Jung, Marie-Louis von Franz, James Hillman, and Wolfgang Giegerich.

François Lacharité
Therapist, EP L1
[EN] Maybe you already understand where your reactions come from — and still find yourself repeating them: anxiety, pulling away when closeness becomes difficult, adapting so much to others that you lose track of what you actually want. I’m a Relational and Somatic Therapist, and my work looks at what is happening today — in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships — not only at the story behind it. I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute connection call to see if this way of working could be a good fit.
