Over the years I have had the opportunity to work in the school system as a certified teacher and at the rink, coaching young athletes in figure skating. During this time, I developed a passion in supporting children, teens and young adults.
My Counselling approach is focused on the therapeutic relationship, relational, holistic, client-centred and trauma-informed.
