3 Tips for New Year’s Resolutions
1. Make them small, measurable and attainable. “I want to get healthier this year” becomes “I’ll go to the gym twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings for 45 minutes.”
2. Set yourself up for success! Planning to workout? Prep your water bottle and workout clothes the night before. Make it harder for yourself to make excuses.
3. Stop overthinking! Catch thoughts that tell you why you can’t. Take action instead by focusing just on the 1st step toward your goal.
