I offer depth-oriented, trauma-informed therapy for adults who feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves despite years of insight, effort, or traditional therapy. Many of the people I work with struggle with chronic people-pleasing, low self-esteem, self-doubt, and a deep lack of trust in the world. These patterns are often rooted in early childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or attachment wounds.
Rather than treating symptoms as disorders to be managed, my work is grounded in the belief that anxiety, emotional overwhelm, dreams, and unconscious material are meaningful messengers. They are expressions of a nervous system and psyche shaped by survival and longing to be heard. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and work at a level of depth where lasting transformation becomes possible. Our work may include relational trauma healing, somatic awareness, and dreamwork to support nervous system regulation, self-trust, and reconnection with your authentic self. If you are high-functioning yet inwardly exhausted, tired of coping, and longing for therapy that honors the wisdom of your inner world, I offer a grounded, attuned, and curious space that supports a deeper connection to yourself, your emotions, and your inner knowing.

Treatment Approach
- Developmental Therapy Looks at how childhood and developmental experiences affect current challenges. It aims to repair unmet needs and foster healthy growth.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
- Object Relations Therapy Focuses on how early caregiver relationships shape current relationships. It aims to improve patterns of attachment and trust.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Self Psychology Explores the development of self-esteem and identity. It emphasizes the importance of empathy in healing.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: I am a depth-oriented psychotherapist offering an integrative, relational approach to healing that works with both conscious experience and the unconscious. Therapy focuses on exploring how past experiences continue to shape present-day emotions, relationships, and inner patterns. Drawing from psychodynamic and Jungian psychology alongside somatic and nervous-system–based therapies and attachment-informed parts work, this approach supports deep, sustainable change. Sessions are collaborative and attuned, creating space to understand what is carried forward from earlier life and how it shows up now. By bringing awareness and compassion to these patterns, therapy supports integration, self-connection, and meaningful transformation.

My therapy practice is designed for individuals who feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves despite being capable, insightful, and outwardly functional. Many of my clients have a history of early childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or attachment wounds that have shaped patterns such as chronic people-pleasing, low self-worth, self-doubt, difficulty trusting others, and a persistent sense of not feeling safe or grounded in the world.
Rather than viewing these experiences as symptoms to fix, I approach therapy from a depth-oriented and trauma-informed perspective. I understand anxiety, codependency, emotional overwhelm, and low self-esteem as adaptive responses. These are intelligent strategies the nervous system learned in order to survive. These symptoms are meaningful messengers that signal unmet needs and invite deeper self-understanding, compassion, and realignment with your authentic self.
In our work together, we move slowly and intentionally, creating a space where your system can begin to feel safe enough to soften. Through attuned, relational therapy, we explore what your symptoms are communicating, support nervous system regulation, and gently unwind long-standing survival patterns. Therapy becomes a place to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom, often for the first time.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and deeply respectful of your unique pace. Whether you struggle with anxiety, childhood trauma, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or a pervasive sense of self-doubt, our work focuses on restoring self-trust, emotional safety, and a grounded sense of belonging within yourself. Ultimately, therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about coming home to who you already are.
