Cordell Pearson
Counselor/Therapist, CMHC, LPC, NCC
I offer online therapy for individuals across Utah who feel weighed down by old wounds, persistent anxiety, or emotions that feel difficult to hold alone. In our work together, you’ll find a steady, compassionate space where your internal world can be understood rather than judged. Using approaches like EMDR, DBR, and parts-oriented therapy, I help you gently reconnect with the pieces of yourself that are asking for attention, clarity, and relief. Healing becomes possible when you no longer have to navigate it in isolation—and when your story is met with curiosity, respect, and genuine care.

Jennifer L Abel
Psychologist, Ph.D.
I've devoted my career to helping people effectively manage anxiety. Most of the tools you will learn are quick and easy strategies that require very little time out of your busy schedule. You'll learn why your prior methods have failed and what to do differently.
A unique service I provide is allowing you to answer three pages of questions and anything else you want me to know, prior to our first session. I read that, write it on paper, sometimes research (e.g. medications or disease), such that I know you pretty well before we even meet. This gives us a great head start before we meet!

Roxy Zarrabi

When you crave a fulfilling relationship but find yourself feeling burned out, disappointed by your dating experiences, or anxious about your current relationship, you may feel hopeless about your romantic future. You may start to question yourself and think, Am I ever going to figure this out? Will I ever be satisfied with my love life? What am I doing wrong? When you long to feel secure but often find yourself filled with self-doubt and feeling “not good enough”, it can be draining and isolating. You are sick of feeling stuck and deep down, you know there has to be a better way, but you’re just not sure what it is.
I specialize in helping women struggling with dating and relationship challenges, low self-worth, and/or anxiety to tap into their strengths and thrive. An important component of our work together is supporting you in building tools to improve your relationship with yourself so that you can feel confident about dating and the future of your relationships.
I'm currently offering virtual sessions. If you would like to learn more about how I can help you, call or email me to book a free phone consultation.

Dr. Madelyn Satz
Psychologist, Ph.D.
Life is challenging. All of us will deal with difficulty at some point in our lives, and many of us will face repeated struggles. We have a hand in some of these troubles and others we have no control over. But we always have control over how we interpret events, how we relate to them, how we make sense of them, and what we do as a result. There is validity in whatever way we view our situation, but as a starting place, not the only place, and we can move through and beyond into a clearing of many more and better possibilities.
I have many tools and techniques and strategies to shift perspective from deeply painful to healing and expansion. Despite how vulnerable we are in life, there is also a great deal of thriving that is available to us - when we know how to harness it.

Psychologist, PhD, LP
You are thoughtful, capable, and successful in many areas of your life but inside, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure how to move forward. You overthink, hold yourself to impossible standards, and take care of everyone else while your own needs fall to the side. It's exhausting and leads to emotional burnout, but it doesn't need to be this way. Our work together will focus on evidence-based strategies to calm your mind, manage stress, increase confidence, improve relationships, and start living a life that’s aligned with your values. To learn more about what it would be like to work together, reach out by calling or sending me a message.
