Karla Lawrence
Counselor/Therapist, LCPC, BC-TMH, CPC
Hello, my name is Karla Lawrence, and I run a distance (online) counseling and coaching practice for adult individuals in Maryland. I specialize in self-care, anxiety, depression, codependency, stress and burnout recovery counseling for compassionate women & soulful introverts.
While online (tele-therapy) is not the right choice for everyone, in many cases it can be just as effective as in-person therapy. You can easily schedule an appointment during your work day, at home, or after you've put the kids to bed. You can save money and time while still making your mental/emotional health a priority. If you identify as a people pleaser, “nice” girl/guy/person, introverted, shy, and/or highly sensitive person in Maryland, I would love to help.

Life in recent times has required all of us to make adjustments and transition some parts of our lives to the virtual space. As a result, a significant part of my practice over the past few years has been in the service of providing tele-therapy for those who reside within the states governed by PSYPACT.
