After years of working closely with individuals navigating the challenges and triumphs of ADHD, I’m overjoyed to announce the release of my debut book, A Journey to a Valiant Mind: Navigating Life with ADHD Towards Resilience, Self-Compassion, and Empowerment. This labor of love will officially hit the shelves in March 2025!

This book isn’t just about ADHD—it’s about transformation. It’s about finding the courage to face challenges, the self-compassion to forgive our imperfections, and the empowerment to thrive in our own unique ways.

What the Book Offers

ADHD is often misunderstood, reduced to visible behaviors like fidgeting or distractibility. But as many of us know, ADHD is so much more than that—it’s a neurodevelopmental condition that influences every facet of life, from emotional regulation to relationships and self-perception.

Why I Wrote This Book

As a licensed professional counselor specializing in ADHD, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they work through the unique challenges ADHD presents. I’ve witnessed the strength it takes to rise above the noise of self-doubt and societal misunderstanding.

I wrote this book for the individuals who have felt misunderstood, for those who are still learning to navigate their ADHD, and for their loved ones seeking to better understand them. This book is a guide, a resource, and a reminder that resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment are within reach for everyone.
