I work with adults and young people who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, identity questions, or seasons of change. Many of my clients come from immigrant families or identify as part of the Latine community. Together, we explore how culture, expectations, and lived experience shape the way we see ourselves — and how we can move toward healing and self-compassion.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation — one where you can exhale, show up as you are, and begin to untangle what’s been weighing on you.
Healing doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine; it means learning to face what hurts with gentleness and support. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and creating space for growth, relief, and connection.
There’s strength in vulnerability. And there’s bravery in saying, “I need help with this.”
In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are. We’ll move at your pace, explore what feels safe, and build tools that help you feel grounded and in control. My role is to walk beside you — to help you make sense of your experiences and discover the inner resources you already have.
